      NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION
      Proposed rule.
      Submit comments by April 8, 2013. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the NRC is able to ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date. Because OBRA-90 requires that the NRC collect the FY 2013 fees by September 30, 2013, requests for extension of the comment period will not be granted.
      10 CFR Parts 170 and 171
