      Final rule.
      The effective date of this rule is February 19, 2013. The final rule changes will be mandatory for representations of the energy efficiency of microwave ovens starting July 17, 2013. The incorporation by reference of a publication listed in this rule was approved by the Director of the Federal Register on December 17, 2012.
