§ 1206.503
NASA Headquarters.
(a)
Except as otherwise provided in § 1206.504, the Associate Administrator for Public Affairs, is responsible for the following:
(1)
Preparing the annual reports required by § 1206.900, including establishing reporting procedures throughout NASA to facilitate the preparation of such reports;
(2)
After consultation with the Office of General Counsel, making initial determinations under § 1206.603 and § 1206.604 ;
(3)
Determining whether unusual circumstances exist under § 1206.608 as would justify the extension of the time limit for an initial determination; and
