      Final rule.
      This final rule is effective January 8, 2014, except for § 30.6(a)(24) and (b)(15) containing information collection requirements that have not yet been approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). When OMB approval is received, the Census Bureau will publish a document in the Federal Register .
