      Announcement of meeting and request for comments.
      The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014. Individuals interested in presenting information and participating on a panel at the workshop should register by Friday, August 8, 2014; all other individuals who wish to attend the workshop should register by Friday, September 5, 2014. The workshop will be available via webcast, but viewers will not be able to interact with the panelists and presenters. Written comments must be received by Friday, October 31, 2014.
