§ 17.110
Self-evaluation.
(a)
The agency shall, by two years after the
effective date of this part, evaluate its current
policies and practices, and the effects thereof,
to determine if they meet the requirements of this
part. To the extent modification of any such
policy and practice is required, the agency shall
proceed to make the necessary modifications.
(b)
The agency shall provide an opportunity to
interested persons, including individuals with
handicaps or organizations representing
individuals with handicaps, to participate in the
self-evaluation process.
