Submit comments on or before December 14, 2012. 32 CFR Part 300 The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) proposes to revise and update its existing rule concerning the DLA Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program. This rule implements changes to conform to the requirements of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, Public Law 104-231, and the OPEN Government Act of 2007, Public Law 110-175. In addition, part 1285 will be redesignated as part 300.
