Effective Date: This rule is effective March 27, 2013. 32 CFR Part 505 The Department of the Army is amending its rule on notification of the Army Litigation Division when complaints citing the Privacy Act are filed in order to correct the mailing address in § 505.12. The address for notifying the Army Litigation Division of cases citing the Privacy Act and filed in a U.S. District Court has changed.
