§ 334.1490 Caribbean Sea, at St. Croix, V.I.; restricted areas.

(a) The areas—(1) Area “A”. A triangular area bounded by the following coordinates:

Latitude Longitude
17°44′42″ N. 64°54′18″ W.
17°43′06″ N. 64°54′18″ W.
17°44′30″ N. 64°53′30″ W.

(2) Area “B”. A rectangular area bounded by the following coordinates:

Latitude Longitude
17°41′42″ N. 64°54′00″ W.
17°41′42″ N. 64°54′18″ W.
17°41′18″ N. 64°54′00″ W.
17°41′18″ N. 64°54′18″ W.

(b) The regulations.

(1) Anchoring in the restricted areas is prohibited with the exception of U.S. Government owned vessels and private vessels that have been specifically authorized to do so by the Commanding Officer, Atlantic Fleet Range Support Facility.

(2) The regulations in this paragraph shall be enforced by the Commanding Officer, Atlantic Fleet Range Support Facility, Roosevelt Roads, P.R., and such agencies as he may designate.
