What are the requirements for outreach?
(a)
With respect to IL services and centers funded under chapter 1 of title VII of the Act, the State plan must include steps to be taken regarding outreach to populations in the State that are unserved or underserved by programs under title VII, including minority groups and urban and rural populations.
(b)
The State plan must identify the populations to be designated for targeted outreach efforts under paragraph (a) of this section and the geographic areas (i.e., communities) in which they reside.
