§ 3015.2
Changes in rates of general applicability.
(a)
When the Postal Service determines to change a rate or rates of general applicability, it shall file notice of the change with the Commission no later than the date of publication of the decision in the Federal Register concerning such change, but at least 30 days before the effective date of the change.
