      The effective date of the rule is April 24, 2013. Docket. The EPA established two dockets for this action: Docket ID EPA-HQ-OAR-2011-0044 (NSPS action) and Docket ID EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0234 (MATS NESHAP action). All documents in the dockets are listed in the http://www.regulations.gov index.
