41 CFR § 102-33.65 - What is the process for acquiring Government aircraft?

Acquiring Government aircraft, as described in §§ 102–33.70 through 102–33.105, generally follows a three-step process:

(a) Planning;

(b) Budgeting; and

(c) Contracting.
