Other applicable regulations.
Except as specified, the following regulations are applicable to all programs funded under titles IV-B and IV-E of the Act.

45 CFR Part 74 —Administration of Grants (Applicable only to title IV-E foster care and adoption assistance, except that: (1) Section 74.23 Cost Sharing or Matching, and (2) section 74.52 Financial Reporting Requirements, will not apply.)
(d)
45 CFR Part 76 —Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension (Nonprocurement) and Governmentwide Requirements for Drug-Free Workplace (Grants).
(e)
45 CFR Part 80 —Nondiscrimination Under Programs Receiving Federal Assistance Through the Department of Health and Human Services Effectuation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

45 CFR Part 84 —Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Handicap in Programs and Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance.
