§ 1910.101 Preface.
This subpart (§§ 1910.101 through 1910.150) describes the procedure to be used by Rural Development in obtaining commercial credit reports. A nonrefundable fee, set forth in § 1910.106(d) of this Instruction will be collected from the applicant, general contractor or dealer contractor who is the subject of the report. This subpart is inapplicable to Farm Service Agency, Farm Loan Programs.
