Bailout.
Bailout. Any political subunit in a covered jurisdiction or a political subdivision of a covered State, a covered jurisdiction or a political subdivision of a covered State, or a covered State may terminate the application of section 5 (bailout) by obtaining the declaratory judgment described in section 4(a) of the Act.
