Accessibility. The term Accessibility means that programs funded under the DD Act of 2000 and facilities which are used in those programs meet applicable requirements of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Pub. L. 93112), its implementing regulation, 45 CFR part 84, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended , Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. L. 88352), and its implementing regulation, 45 CFR part 80.
