Hg Budget Trading Program

Hg Budget Trading Program means a multi-state Hg air pollution control and emission reduction program approved and administered by the Administrator in accordance subpart HHHH of part 60 of this chapter and 60.24(6), or established by the Administrator under section 111 of the Clean Air Act, as a means of reducing national Hg emissions.
