Transmission pipeline

Transmission pipeline means a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission rate-regulated Interstate pipeline, a state rate-regulated Intrastate pipeline, or a pipeline that falls under the Hinshaw Exemption as referenced in section 1 of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. 717717 (w)(1994).
