Non-public customer
Non-public customer means any person enumerated in the definition of
in 1.3or 31.4(e) of this chapter, any person excluded from the definition of foreign futures or foreign options customer in the proviso tosection 30.1(c) of this chapter, or any person enumerated in the definition of
in 22.1 of this chapter, in each case, if such person is defined as a customer under paragraph (k) of this section.
