Scoping language

Acquisition by a company. (1) The Office shall approve an application by any company other than a savings and loan holding company to acquire control of one savings association unless it determines that the criteria set forth in paragraph (c) of this section are not met. Acquisitions involving mergers with an interim association shall also be subject to 546.2, 552.13, and 563.22 of this chapter.
