eligible nonprofit organization
(1) The term “eligible nonprofit organization” means an entity that— (A) qualifies as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; and (B) has as its primary purpose the preservation and promotion of the history and heritage of the Navy.
