(22) Floatable material.— (A) In general .— The term “floatable material” means any foreign matter that may float or remain suspended in the water column. (B) Inclusions .— The term “floatable material” includes— (i) plastic; (ii) aluminum cans; (iii) wood products; (iv) bottles; and (v) paper products.
