existing electric powerplant
(9) (A) The term “existing electric powerplant” means any electric powerplant other than a new electric powerplant. (B) Any powerplant treated under this chapter as an existing electric powerplant shall not be treated thereafter as a new electric powerplant merely by reason of a transfer of ownership.
