existing CFATS regulation
(5) the term “existing CFATS regulation” means— (A) a regulation promulgated under section 550 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007 ( Public Law 109–295 ; 6 U.S.C. 121 note) that is in effect on the day before December 18, 2014 ; and (B) a Federal Register notice or other published guidance relating to section 550 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007 that is in effect on the day before December 18, 2014 ;
