Popups, Cookies, and You
If you are here it probably means that you are seeing one of our popups constantly and are getting a little annoyed. We do apologize as it is never our intention to be bothersome to any of our users.
To quickly resolve this problem, please select the browser you are using and follow the checklist to make sure that cookies are being properly stored.

- InPrivate Browsing
- Using Internet Explorer's InPrivate browsing option will prevent any visited website from storing cookies.
- If you are unsure whether or not you are using InPrivate browsing, simply look for the
browsing icon, by the address bar.
- Beginning new sessions
- Unlike opening a "New Window", starting a "New Session" will separate web browsing data between the appropriate sessions. New sessions will, therefore, cause more frequent popups from us.
- The easiest solutions is to open a "New Window" rather than a "New Session".
Other Causes
- Using multiple browsers
- If you use multiple browsers, please go through the checklist for other browsers to ensure that cookies are being stored properly.
- Using a Proxy or VPN
- The additional server layer from the proxy or VPN may be filtering or modifying the transmission of cookies to your browser. If able, please place the LII on white-lists. The cookies may also end up being flagged as third-party cookies.
