§ 422a–2. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of section
422a–1 of this title, but not more than $243,000 shall be appropriated for the acquisition of lands and interests in lands and not more than $325,000 shall be appropriated for development.
