Amendments
1991—Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 102–190 added subsec. (c).
Effective Date
Section 214(d) of Pub. L. 99–433 provided that: “Section
166 of title
10, United States Code (as added by section 211 of this Act), shall take effect with budget proposals for fiscal year 1989.”
