Subsec. (a)(1). Pub. L. 110–417, § 885(a)(1), in introductory provisions, struck out “law enforcement” before “equipment” and inserted “, homeland security, and emergency response” after “counter-drug”, in subpar. (A), inserted “, homeland security, or emergency response” after “counter-drug” in introductory provisions and struck out “law enforcement” before “equipment” in cl. (i), in subpar.
