§ 1030. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $300,000,000 for fiscal year 1999 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years, of which—
(1)
45 percent shall be available for each fiscal year to award grants under section
1022 of this title;
(2)
45 percent shall be available for each fiscal year to award grants under section
1023 of this title; and
(3)
10 percent shall be available for each fiscal year to award grants under section
1024 of this title.
