§ 188. Limitation of liability of owners applied to all vessels
Except as otherwise specifically provided therein, the provisions of sections
175,[1]
182,
183,
183b to
187, and
189 of this Appendix shall apply to all seagoing vessels, and also to all vessels used on lakes or rivers or in inland navigation, including canal boats, barges, and lighters.
