Effective Date of Repeal

Pub. L. 108–375, div. A, title VI, § 644(b)(2),Oct. 28, 2004, 118 Stat. 1961, provided that the repeal of this subchapter by section 644 (b)(2) is effective Apr. 1, 2008.
