L. 94–273, § 2(3), 90 Stat. 375, authorized suspension of specific provisions of sections 5701 to 5710 of this title under certain circumstances by President and excluded specific categories of officers from consideration by selection boards. Effective Date of Repeal

Repeal effective Sept. 15, 1981, see section 701 ofPub. L. 96–513, set out as an Effective Date of 1980 Amendment note under section 101 of this title.
