76 Stat. 777, prohibited employment of officers of the Regular Navy and Regular Marine Corps, other than a retired officer, from being employed by any person furnishing naval supplies or war materials to the United States under pain of loss of payment from the United States during that employment.
Section was also repealed by Pub. L. 89–718, § 75(6), (7),Nov. 2, 1966, 80 Stat. 1124.
