Amendments

1994—Pub. L. 103–337substituted “Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces” for “Court of Military Appeals”.
Change of Name

Section 924(a)(1) ofPub. L. 103–337provided that: “The United States Court of Military Appeals shall hereafter be known and designated as the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.”
