12 U.S. Code § 1845 - Repealed.

Section, act May 9, 1956, ch. 240, § 6,70 Stat. 137, prohibited any subsidiary bank from lending to or investing in its parent holding company or a fellow subsidiary bank. See section 371c of this title.
