12 USC Chapter 8 - ADJUSTMENT AND CANCELLATION OF FARM LOANS

Sec. 1150. Compromise, adjustment, and cancellation of farm loans; conditions; delegation of powers and duties by Secretary of Agriculture. 1150a. Farm loans to which chapter is applicable. 1150b. Authorization of appropriations. 1150c. Self-hauling of hay or other roughages under hay transportation assistance program; liability for or refund of excess payments; availability of funds for payments.
