There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years 2001 through 2006, to remain available until expended, the following sums:
(1)Such subsidy budget authority as may be necessary to guarantee $150,000,000 of debentures under this part.
(2)$30,000,000 to make grants under this part.

689k(c)(2) of this title are authorized to be appropriated only for the costs of examinations under section
689k of this title and for the costs of other oversight activities with respect to the program established under this part.
