Sections 1100b to 1100b–10 were omitted pursuant to section 13 ofPub. L. 93–242, Jan. 2, 1974, 87 Stat. 1068, as amended by Pub. L. 94–58, § 2,July 24, 1975, 89 Stat. 266, which provided that the provisions of this chapter would expire Sept. 30, 1977.
