Amendments
1986—Pub. L. 99–250inserted “Township 19 north, range 24 east: the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section
27.”
Effective Date of 1986 Amendment
Pub. L. 99–250, § 2,Feb. 27, 1986, 100 Stat. 13, provided that: “The provisions of this Act [amending this section] shall not take effect until the Secretary of the Interior determines that fee simple title to the property described in section
1 has vested in the United States. Such determination of the Secretary shall be published in the Federal Register.”
