L. 103–437, § 6(c), Nov. 2, 1994, 108 Stat. 4583; Pub. L. 105–391, title IV, § 415(b)(2), Nov. 13, 1998, 112 Stat. 3515, related to National Park System development program. Subsec. (a), which required the Secretary of the Interior to transmit a detailed development program and had been omitted from the Code due to its termination, was repealed as obsolete. Subsec. (b) was repealed and restated in section 100502 of Title 54, National Park Service and Related Programs.
