Section 310 of title III of Pub. L. 99–659provided that: “This title [enacting this chapter and repealing chapter 10D (§ 779 et seq.) of this title] takes effect October 1, 1987.”
Short Title
Section 301 of title III of Pub. L. 99–659provided that: “This title [enacting this chapter and repealing chapter 10D (§ 779 et seq.) of this title] may be cited as the ‘Interjurisdictional Fisheries Act of 1986’.”
