Pub. L. 107–215, § 1,Aug. 21, 2002, 116 Stat. 1054, provided that: “This Act [enacting section
450ll–3 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Booker T. Washington National Monument Boundary Adjustment Act of 2002’.”
Authorization of Appropriations
Section 4 of act Apr. 2, 1956, as amended by Pub. L. 92–272, title II, § 201(2),Apr. 11, 1972, 86 Stat. 120, provided that: “There are authorized to be appropriated such sums not to exceed $600,000 as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act [sections
450ll to
450ll–2 of this title].”
