590g–1, acts July 5, 1952, ch. 574, title I, 66 Stat. 347; July 28, 1953, ch. 251, title I, 67 Stat. 216, which related to allocations to the Soil Conservation Service for services of its technicians in formulating and carrying out the agricultural conservation program in the participating counties, was apparently restricted to the appropriation acts of which in each case it was a part.
