16 USC § 698q - Little River Canyon National Preserve; establishment

In general
In order to protect and preserve the natural, scenic, recreational, and cultural resources of the Little River Canyon area in DeKalb and Cherokee Counties, Alabama, and to provide for the protection and public enjoyment of the resources, there is established the Little River Canyon National Preserve (referred to in sections
698q to
698t of this title as the “Preserve”).
