2 USC § 638 - House committee action on all appropriation bills to be completed by June 10
On or before June 10 of each year, the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives shall report annual appropriation bills providing new budget authority under the jurisdiction of all of its subcommittees for the fiscal year which begins on October 1 of that year.

Amendments
1985—Pub. L. 99–177substituted “by June 10” for “before first appropriation bill is reported” in section catchline, and amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section read as follows: “Prior to reporting the first regular appropriation bill for each fiscal year, the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives shall, to the extent practicable, complete subcommittee markup and full committee action on all regular appropriation bills for that year and submit to the House a summary report comparing the committee’s recommendations with the appropriate levels of budget outlays and new budget authority as set forth in the most recently agreed to concurrent resolution on the budget for that year.”
