20 U.S. Code § 1031 - Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2009 and each of the five succeeding fiscal years.

A prior section 1031, Pub. L. 89–329, title II, § 221, as added Pub. L. 96–374, title II, § 201, Oct. 3, 1980, 94 Stat. 1385; amended Pub.
