There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2014 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I of this chapter and this subchapter, relating to—
(1)Gallaudet University;
(2)Kendall Demonstration Elementary School; and
(3)the Model Secondary School for the Deaf.
(b) National Technical Institute for the Deaf
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2014 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I of this chapter and this subchapter relating to the National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
