Termination of Section
Pub. L. 90–576, title III, § 303(e),Oct. 16, 1968, 82 Stat. 1096, which provided that this section shall become ineffective the first fiscal year for which funds are appropriated to carry out the provisions of section
6 of this title, was repealed by section 401(d)(3) ofPub. L. 91–230.
