The Vocational Education Act of 1963, Pub. L. 88–210, title I, as added Pub. L. 90–576, title I, Oct. 16, 1968, 82 Stat. 1064, formerly classified to this chapter, was completely amended and reorganized by the Education Amendments of 1976, Pub. L. 94–482, title II, § 202(a), Oct. 12, 1976, 90 Stat. 2169, and was classified to section 2301 et seq. of this title. For subsequent revisions of Pub. L. 88–210 and redesignation as the Carl D.
